Access to or use ofthe platform implies full acceptance of these Terms by the User. By accessingthe platform, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted allthe conditions without reservation.
These Terms may beupdated at any time by the Publisher, particularly to comply with legal,technical, or business developments. Updates will be published on the platformand considered accepted by continued use.
The Publisher strivesto ensure access to the platform 24/7, except in cases of force majeure,maintenance, or technical issues. Regular backups are performed. Users maycontact support@urjob.ai for assistance. The Publisher may, without notice,modify or suspend platform access for updates or operational needs.
Users access servicesbased on their role (Talent or Recruiter) and any subscribed plan. Access ispersonal and secured through private login credentials. Users are responsiblefor keeping this information confidential.
Users are fully responsible for: - Theaccuracy and legality of the data they input. - The confidentiality of theircredentials. - Any misuse or unauthorized activity on their account. - Ensuringrespectful and lawful behavior on the platform.
Any malicious use or violation of theseTerms may lead to account suspension or legal action.
The Publisher doesnot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform. ThePublisher shall not be held liable for: - Data loss, network failures, ortechnical incompatibility. - Indirect or consequential damages, includingfinancial, commercial, or data loss. - Any malfunction caused by external cyberthreats or third parties.
The Platform usesAI-based tools for recommendations, matching, CV optimization, and coaching.All outputs from the AI are suggestions only and must be reviewed and validatedby human users. URJOB disclaims all liability for decisions made based on AI recommendations.The responsibility for verifying, interpreting, and acting upon suchinformation lies entirely with the User.
The Platformprocesses personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.Users have rights to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting contact@urjob.ai. Data entered into the platform remains private and is notaccessible to the Publisher unless expressly authorized by the User fortechnical support.
